Notification Best Practices

  • Enable multiple providers for critical domains to ensure you never miss alerts
  • A lot of domains means a lot of notifications, be careful with emails as you may get many!
  • Set appropriate advance warnings for expiring domains and SSL certificates
  • Review notification settings periodically to ensure they still meet your needs

Troubleshooting

Common Notification Issues

Test notifications not working

Check your configuration details and ensure your notification service is active. For webhooks, verify the URL is accessible.

Too many notifications

Adjust your event preferences to only enable notifications for events that matter.

Missing notifications
